We are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to partner our existing Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development in guiding the organisation through an exciting period of change.
CIPD qualified with proven experience at senior HR practitioner level, you will manage all aspects of the HR and Health and Safety functions of the organisation. You will be a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to WEA Cymru’s strategic and planning activities and providing advice on complex people management issues.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to manage change effectively.
WEA Cymru are inviting applications from tutors qualified to teach at
a minimum of level 3 to add to our existing database of tutors. We are
especially interested in tutors who have subject specialism and are also
qualified to deliver Essential Skills from entry level to level 4 and
/ or have the ability to teach through the medium of Welsh and / or bilingually.
£19.03 - £22.13 per hour (including holiday pay)
Locations: Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy / Denbighshire, Flint / Wrexham, Powys
